Founded in 1959, it describes itself as the oldest Waldorf school in Africa. It sits on about 7 hectares of green space in Belle Constantia with an outdoor classroom, and teaches from kindergarten to Class 13, where students write the National Senior Certificate.
An IB World School in Hout Bay offering the Primary Years, Middle Years and Diploma Programmes from nursery to age 18. Its six hectare campus has a robotics lab and mountain views. The school asks visiting students to stay at least six months.
